Conservatorships are established for impaired adults, most often elderly people. Adults who are developmentally disabled or the victims of a catastrophic illness or accident also may have a conservatorship. A judge of the court may be petitioned to appoint a responsible person to care for the “conservatee.”
If you have any questions regarding conservatorships, reach out to us. We’d love to answer any questions you have, and help clarify things for you.
